Well I haven't seen all the eps yet....curse you slow connection.......well I can only think of Tex and Church...although Church is in a mexian robots body so im not sure if he counts..

Right ok while Tex and Church are the only ones to "remain" dead... Sarge was also killed but was brough back with crp for a bullet wound to the head. He was a ghost and everything so he was dead.... oh well next question something that will be less picky about things like this.
