Power: Your basic energy attacks, concentrates mostly on Thunder attacks, he is extremely fast, swift and agile, Signal posses the ability of flight but must activate a special function which only lasts for five hours at a time, anything mechanical will do his bidding if he wants it to, he can also hack computers with a single touch
Quirk: Signal has the odd quirk about him, whenever he sneezes he turns into a Chibi, you heard right a Chibi, his personality does not change but he does lose his powers except flight...see below for picture

History:
The most advanced hacking program, Codename: Project Signal was a smash success, but the more mainframes it hacked the smarter it became, finally when enough data was collected Signal awaited his moment, when the time was right she simulated a surge of power within the server which caused it to explode and leaving Signal in its wake
Like many computer programs Signal has his glitches, a fault in his programming caused the memory capacity to shrink, now Signal is in the real world, insted of his memory shrinking he turns into a Chibi which can be very humerous to all those around him
Now Signal just lives life to have fun, and fun he has everyday, his house is packed full of games, stereos anything that has something to do with the word "Fun"
