Pet Shop

[Skylier]

The stroes were bussling with several people chatting away with shop keeps and to other people around them. A few stood off to the side and looked as they were speaking with themselves while in fact they were on a cell phone. Skylier walked past people and their crowds and past several shops. He was here for no reason at first. Just needed to get out and do something else for a time. He appered to be alone once again. His selves moved slightly as he walked onwards. He passed another window but his eyes looked back towards the window. He slolwy walked a few steps back and looked into the window again. A neon light was on above the window saying the store was open but it was not the bright light that caught his attention. It was a tiny small black kitten down at the bottom of the window. It had his feet on the window looking up at Skylier. The kitty was all black from head to toe and had the brightest eyes. Skylier stood there staring at the cat for some time for no reason. Thoughts ran through his head about getting a cat like this and other things.

Ryoko had her hands on her hips studying the neon sign on the store, Ryo-Ohki had eaten nothing but carrots since she got to this planet and thought she needed something else to give her cabbit a bit of muscle if she was going to be her spaceship, Ryoko's eyes wandered the windows looking at the specials displayed on the glass when her gaze falls upon a familar person, Ryoko stares at Skylier who was staring at the kitten wondering why he had such a interest in this cat

[Skylier]

Skylier still stared at the cat not paying attention to anything else that was going on around him. He took a step to the side and the kitten watch him move. As it looked like he was about to leave the kitten looked rather sad at this. He steped back to where he was and the kitten started to paw at the window in front of him at Skylier. Intreged by this kitten even more so Skylier went inside the shop. A few people walked in with him and a few more walked right back out side. The sounds of bubbling water, squeaks and squaks of birds and several animals else where in the store. Skylier walked over towards the kitten box and looked down at them He placed his hands on the op of the box as a few strands of his hair fell over his shoulders. The kitten was on the side of the box on its hine legs jumping up at Skylier even more excited now then ever.

[Ryoko]

Ryoko held the door open for a couple of people to walk out then she proceeded in, she had never been in a pet store before and looked around with interest, the sound of a small animal jumping up and down caught her attention, the space pirate tilted her head to the side and watched as the little kittens interest in Skylier grew and grew, finally Ryoko walked over to him and said

Thinking about getting a cat?

[Skylier]

Ryoko's voice broke Skylier trance on the kitten for a moment. He looked over to his side as he saw Ryoko standing there. He drew back his head as he looked back down at the jumping kitty again once more.

I never actually thought about getting a kitten before..... but this one.... is rather full of energy isn't he?

The kitten looked back down at its paws and extended its little nails it had. He moved back a few tinty steps and luanched itself up on the wooden wall. His claws diged in a bit as he tried to make his way up. But as soon as he moved he fell back down into the wood chips

Yes he seems rather infatuated with you....its surprising actualy, I have never seen a animal take to a person so quickly

Ryoko looked at the kitten curiously and wondered why it was filled with excitment when Skylier appered

He is just full of beans....he is going to jump out of the box soon, try picking him up

[Skylier]

Skylier reached down with his arm at the kitten. The kitten seemed to back up as his hand came down. The other ones in the box curled up in a ball in a far courner away from him. The black one jumped up and ran up his arm till he reached his shoulder. It was there he leaned up against his head and curled up into a nice black ball of fur just there. In Skyliers ear the sound of its puring could be heard clearly as if he was being spoke to. Skylier reached back his hand and started to scratch the ear of the kitten as he laid there. The kitten didn't seem to be bothered by this but rathered liked it since the puring grew louder now in his ear.

Funny how this one cat out of all these ones here seem to have all this energy towards me.

Ryoko smiled at the kitten, it was rather cute at how it acted towards Skylier

Well what are you going to do now, its would be to hard to part with him......oh but I seem to have over looked the thing about your dad is it, although I think your sis would be overjoyed with a cat

[Skylier]

Thats a very good question... its not like I can take in random animals at any time I want...... but there is something specail about him.... I'll take him anyways... if my Father does not apporve of him he will just have to deal with it for the time being.

The ball of fur seem to purr louder now hearing that he would be going home with him. A few people stoped and looked at the kitten since he was puring so loud now.

[Ryoko]

Well thats great....don't forget everything else that goes with a cat, you know like food, kitty litter

Ryoko counted the things off and patted Skylier on the back

Well good luck my friend, right now im going to see what this place offers in the way of food for a animal that is half rabbit half cat

[Skylier]

Food for a half cat rabbit...... that might be harder to find than you think... of course now I got to get a few more things for you now don't I kitten.

The kitten stuck its head out of the ball and set out a small meow as he looked at Skylier.

Now lets see.... first I'll get ya some food and I'll think of the rest of your arragmnets when we reach your new home.

Skylier looked about the store at several shelves looking at the different kinds and brands of food.

[Ryoko]

Ryoko was leaning on the counter looking at the clerk and making her case

Ok here's the thing, I am looking for food for a half cat half rabbit called a cabbit, now it likes carrots but im trying to give it something that gives it a bit more oomph

Clerk: What about mice tasting pellets, the teenage trainee said sarcasticly

Hey that would be great! ......oh your only kidding

Ryoko poked her tounge out at the clerk and walked off looking at some other items

[Skylier]

The kitten placed his head back into his body making the full ball of fur once more. Skylier finally decided just to grab a random cat food bag for now till hes told other wise. He looked up to see Ryoko sticking her toung out at the clerk. Skyliier went to shake his head but stoped as he remebered that the kitten was up against his head.

[Ryoko]

Ryoko shrugs and grabs rabbit pellets and cat food and decides to crush it all up with some carrot shavings

There that fussy little cabbit will enjoy this

Ryoko looked around, there was only one camera and the shop was so small it would have been hard to get out without paying for the bags so she decides to pay for something this time

[Skylier]

Skylier walked over towards the clerk with the black cat on his shoulder and a bag of cat food over his other shoulder. The little kitten seemed to be asleep again once more but in Skylier ear there was nothing but the sound of purring. He placed the money down on the tabel. His eyes moved over towards the small ball of fur on his shoulder once more. HIs thoughts turned to the kitten even more so but not what its actions were but rather what to call this ball of fur on his shoulder.
